Rise & Grind Workout – KICKABS with Coach Kiwi at Beacon Park

When: Sat., June 5, 7-8 a.m. and Sat., June 19, 7-8 a.m. 2021

The summer Saturday series at Beacon Park, Rise and Grind Workout – KICKABS with Coach Kiwi, includes 60 minutes of intense cardio kickboxing and ab workouts. The event is available in-person or virtually and is free to everyone of all ages. Those interested must pre-register to attend due to limited in-person spots. Participants should bring a water bottle and yoga mat, along with a suggested donation fee to participate. COVID Safety Guidelines: 1. Please stay home if you feel sick 2. Mask required for unvaccinated individuals 3. Frequently use hand washing stations, bathrooms or sanitizer located in the park
