Rock 'n Roll and Caviar

Rock 'n Roll and Caviar is a special dinner prepared by Chef Jeremy Kalmus. Enjoy fried cauliflower with romesco and fresh herbs, house made chips with malt vinegar powder and chives, posole, hominy and braised pork shoullder, guajillo chillis, traditional accoutrement and Mexican town tortilla. There will be a lamb sandwich with harissa mayo, baby arugula and roasted tomato, Okonomiyaki with shrimp, roast pork, scallion, tankatsu and kewpie mayo and, finally, gnocchi with grilled scallions, sunny side up eggs, romesco, and parmesan reggiano.
