The Royal Oak Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of John McLaughlin Williams, will present its re-opening concert on Friday, October 15, at 8:00 p.m. The program features two exciting Russian pieces, Capriccio Espagnol by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Symphony No. 2 by Dmitry Kabalevsky. ROSO is the 2020 winner of the Detroit Music Award for Outstanding Community Orchestra. The concert will be held at the Dondero Auditorium at Royal Oak Middle School, 709 N. Washington Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48067. Masks are required.
