Southwest Detroit, known for its large population of Hispanic residents, will host this special competitive run in honor of the traditional celebration — Dia de Los Muertos is, at its core, a holiday that celebrates loved ones who have died. Sprint through some of Southwest Detroit's most historic commentaries and stop at authentic restaurants, bakeries, retailers, and grocery stories along the way. Runners have the option to do a 5K or 10K version. Warm up starts at 7 p.m., race starts at 9 a.m.; 2301 Woodmere
