Royal Oak’s Bastone is known for beer, but this Wednesday it’s going to be all about scotch inside the brewery’s dining room loft. Tomatin Distillery will be in-house with some of their rarest scotch whiskies and executive chef Robert Young has made a menu to go along with those potent potables. Expect a rich broth, house-smoked haddock, pork belly, and tasty oatmeal cookies, all served with a different Tomatin scotch. A portion of the profits will be donated to Community Housing Network in Oakland County to help prevent homelessness.
