When: Sat., April 28, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Sat., May 26, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Sat., June 30, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
In this four-part workshop series, participants will have the opportunity to go around the Sacred Wheel and identify, through writing and storytelling, the aspects of themselves that represent the South (Physical), the West (Emotional), the North (Spiritual) and the East (Mental). The purpose of the wheel and the four directions is to help us attain inner and outer balance and to remain centered throughout our lives. It’s a process that never ends, so the more time one spends on it, the more this teaching becomes a regular and natural practice that you do during everyday life.
