Coinciding with MT’s Whiskey Business, this first-ever whiskey dinner will feature a four-course dinner replete with perfectly paired whiskey cocktails. Presented by Woodford Reserve, the bourbon is used in all the cocktails as well as several menu items. Woodford Reserve glazed crispy pork belly on smoke Gouda with fried quail egg micro constitutes the first course, while dessert is apple bourbon pie with goats milk ice cream and a smoked Woodford Reserve salted caramel sauce. Tickets to dinner include the cost of VIP admission to Whiskey Business, which directly follows dinner.
