When: Tue., March 17, 10:30 p.m. 2015
Our regional lack of serious mass transit means that going to a crowded event in the city can be a drag, with a dull, stop-and-go ride on a packed freeway ending with a hourlong odyssey in search of a parking spot. And then the person who did all that might not even be able to drink. The good news? Party buses. For $30 or $40 per person, your group can get a ride down to the parade on a tricked-out bus that will serve drinks, usually beers for the guys, vodka crans for the gals, and get you in to Corktown Tavern for the festivities. Buses depart at 10:30 a.m. and noon from Blackfinn Pub in Royal Oak, at 11:45 a.m. from Tilted Kilt in Novi. Buses return at 4 and 5:30 p.m.
Price: $30 - $39.95
