The Detroit Zoo is a special place. The expanse of imitation wildlife habitats give locals the chance to peep on exotic beasts and stand beneath a menagerie of swimming aquatic mammals. The problem is that you often have to share those experiences with young children and we all know how much millennials hate children. So, the zoo has created several adult-only nighttime events that allow proper human beings (meaning anyone over the age of 21) to enjoy the zoo in a civilized manner (read: with drinks). This evening is a fundraiser for the Detroit Zoological Society and its mission to celebrate and save wildlife.
