The Decamps are an up-and-coming duo in the local indie acoustic folk scene, thanks to haunting melodies and stripped-down arrangements. Their songs are often pretty wry and strange and the stories they tell in them are closer to fables. Openers Jack and the Bear have been described as “a Broadway musical meets Bruce Springsteen.” That’s either going to be awesome or awful, and either way is bound to be memorable. So arrive early to see which of the two it is.
