You know what they say — home is where the art is. Making Home: Contemporary Works from the DIA exhibition has been dwelling in the DIA’s Prints, Drawings, and Photography gallery for several months and is slated to close next month. The collection, which explores interpretations of domestic space, permanency, and poses questions of what it means to feel at “home” through a variety of media. In this moderated discussion with artists Jane Hammond, Carlos Diaz, and Tyree Guyton, visitors will have an opportunity to learn about the technique and conceptual approach behind some of the displayed works, as well as dive into thoughtful dialogue about community and urban development.
