This month’s dinner will highlight a host of Australian wines selections, including Voingier by Small Gully, Boxhead Shiraz Southern Australia by Boxhead Winemakers, Formula Shiraz by Small Gully, Mr. Blacks Concotion GSM by Small Gully, The Verdict Cabernet Sauvignon by Shinas Estates, and The Executioner Shiraz/Cab by Shinas Estates. The evening’s wine selection will be complemented by a custom menu created by Vinotecca’s Executive Chef Robert Young.
