Confused by all of the weight loss information out there? Tired of losing that same weight again and again? Just in time for spring, The Community House will present "Winning at Losing." Conducted by Lorraine Stefano, ACSW, this class will show you how you can give up dieting, lose weight and keep it off permanently. You will learn how to change your thinking about food, discover what foods really are healthier, develop a healthy eating style that is right for you, and find out how you can fit exercise into your already busy schedule. You won’t have to give up the foods you love and you will discover ways to get trim and stay trim.
