Wolfgang Puck Steak Offers Thanksgiving Menu

Wolfgang Puck Steak at MGM Grand Detroit will be offering a special three-course menu on Thanksgiving. The first course is butternut squash soup with pear compote and chives or Autumn Frisee Salad with apples, endive, blue cheese and cider vinaigrette. The entrée includes roasted turkey with traditional accompaniments (herbed sourdough stuffing, turkey gravy, potato puree – option of sweet or Yukon gold, sautéed French beans and house made cranberry sauce).
