Though the popular image of yoga is of a young person twisted up like a pretzel with apparent ease, the reality is that those who are older and/or less flexible can enjoy a yoga practice and reap all the physical and mental health benefits that it offers. These classes for “Yoga Day” were designed for everyone; those who have never experienced yoga before, or advanced practitioners. The day is open to all! Yoga Basics - 11:00 am, Gentle Yoga - 12:30 pm, and Yoga Blend - 2:00 pm. Each class is 75 mins. Bring your mat. Namaste.
