"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." - the Bhagavad Gita Welcome to all ages and levels, Yoga Day at the OPC is a perfect way to relax and enjoy a day of yoga. Three yoga sessions will be taught, each an hour and fifteen minutes. Each session will have a different type of yoga taught. A light snack will be provided to participates and there will be door prizes. You can take 3 classes for $25 or 1 class for $10.
