The restaurant will be a sister company to MEX and Social Kitchen.
Interviews will be with be conducted with the restaurant's owner Zack Sklar and executive chef Dan Campbell. The company will hire 150 employees, split evenly between front and back-of-the-house staff. Available positions include servers, hosts, dishwashers, sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and server assistants.
Interviews will take place between 7 a.m. and noon and there will some on-site hiring.
Beau's menu will focus on American cuisine, especially classics like rotisserie prime rib, barbecue chicken, salmon and seasonal sides.
Owner Zack Sklar will be conducting interviews and doing some on-site hiring.
The new restaurant will be located at 1408 W. Maple, Bloomfield Hills.
