The cause of death of a man found near Detroit's Dequindre Cut greenway Sunday has been determined by the Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office to be a suicide, Mlive reports

The man was identified as Ryan Kramarczyk, a 28-year-old last spotted Saturday night at a concert at the Filmore by electronic rock band STS9. He was found near the Dequindre Cut with a belt around his neck.

According to posts circulated by friends and family on Facebook, Kramarczyk had no phone, no money, and was not familiar with the city.
