Update: Cleveland shooter Steve Stephens has reportedly killed himself

Police confirmed to a Pennsylvania news site that Steve Stephens, who shot and killed a man in Cleveland on Sunday afternoon and posted a video of the murder on Facebook, is now dead after shooting himself while driving into Erie, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at 11:10 a.m., according to police.

Police have the area blocked off, with officers converged on the scene, according to our sister paper, Scene. The city of Cleveland is currently holding a news conference.
