Party at Craft in Royal Oak for a good cause Sunday

One of the crew at Royal Oak's Craft needs help, and the Royal Oak throngs who mob the bar night after night are in a position to help.

The guy's name is Keyon, and his family lost its home in a fire on Jan. 27. But his mates are responding, hosting a fundraiser, with a raffle that should put together a chunk of change to help his family get their living situation back together. Prizes will include gift cards to local businesses, among other goodies. Revelers can also expect the usual fun, including drinks, food, and DJ Joey Krueger. All proceeds go directly to Keyon and family.

It all happens 5-10 pm. Sunday, Feb. 15, at 419 S. Main St., Royal Oak; 248-544-6250; craftbar.net.
