The individual members of 19 Wheels have worked in Detroit's music scene for some time now; it seems all that hard work is finally ready to pay off. The band's latest recording, Sugareen, contains ten fresh tracks with just the right mix of raw rock energy and polished production values.

Although 89X recently added the band's cover of the BTO classic "You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet" to its playlist, 19 Wheels' original tracks are the ones which seem ready made for hitsville. Each one is an impressively crafted pop-rock tune with all the requisite hit-making ingredients: Catchy tune, big hooks, head-bobbing beat and sing-along lyrics.

Tell your out-of-state friends, rock fans ... Detroit is ready to break, and 19 Wheels could be the first of the next big things.
