Vandal, MSK make an unlikely collaboration in Eastern Market

While hanging out in Eastern Market this afternoon, we were amused to see that murals originally created by Los Angeles-based crew MSK that were vandalized late last year have been restored. Tenants of OmniCorpDetroit, one of the buildings that was vandalized, told us that the artist RIME from MSK happened to be in town shortly after the vandalism occurred, and simply redrew the linework over the graffiti — kind of like playing "exquisite corpse."
