, the long-awaited reboot for The Crow

, of course, was originally a comic book by Detroit native James O’Barr. Set in Detroit, Devil’s Night factored heavily into the story —
the titular character is born when he comes back from the grave after he and his fiance are slain during a Devil's Night crime spree. O’Barr is reportedly set to serve as a consultant for the reboot.
There was talk of shooting the reboot in Detroit
, but Relativity Studios did not return our calls on Friday to confirm.
