Free fitness day planned at Detroit's Eastern Market

This Sunday, Eastern Market will host a free event featuring exercise and health-related events, presented by professional dancer and fitness expert Patti Dukes.

Detroit Fitness in the Market has a variety of sessions planned between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, including "Cardio Hip-Hop," kickboxing, belly dancing, yoga, and more. The sessions will be held in Eastern Market's Shed 5.
