Known best for his portrayal of delightfully deadpan, staunch breakfast meat-lover, and overall “Tammy” enthusiast Ron Swanson on the beloved NBC comedy Parks and Recreation, the actor, comedian, and woodsman Nick Offerman is the Everyman’s man's man, man. He literally builds boats, like, by hand. His humor may be as dry as toast, but his delivery is as sharp as nails. If you had any doubts, he’s married to comedy goddess Megan Mullally (who is 12 years his senior. Get it, girl!) and has the most powerful mustache this side of the Mississippi.
Nick Offerman will perform two shows at the Fillmore on Saturday, Dec. 9; 2115 Woodward Ave., Detroit; 313-961-5451; thefillmoredetroit.com; shows start at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.; tickets start at $39.50.
